- Fresh or frozen spinach250 g
- Potatoes150 g
- Onion1 pc
- Vegetable broth400 ml
- Sour cream2 tbsp
- Salt, nutmegto taste
Preparation steps
- 1.Boil the diced potatoes with the onion in the broth for 10 minutes.
