OncoDots is in Beta. Features may be incomplete, errors may occur, and content may change without prior notice.
1. What OncoDots is
OncoDots is a support application for people affected by cancer, their family members, and caregivers.
- - OncoDots is not a medical device and does not provide a diagnosis, treatment, or personalized clinical recommendations.
- - Information in the application is for general information and personal organization; it does not replace a medical consultation.
- - Medical decisions must be made together with your healthcare team.
2. Who may use the application
OncoDots is intended for adults aged 18 or older.
- - People diagnosed with cancer
- - Their family members and caregivers
- - People seeking information and organizing the care journey of someone close to them
3. Your account and responsibilities
By creating an account, you agree to use the application responsibly.
- - You are responsible for the accuracy of data entered in your account.
- - Do not share your login details with other people.
- - Tell us if you notice unauthorized use of your account.
- - Use the application only for personal and legitimate purposes.
4. Intellectual property
The application's content, design, and code belong to OncoDots.
Do not reproduce, copy, or distribute application content without written permission from OncoDots. Personal data that you enter remains yours.
5. Limitation of liability
OncoDots is provided “as is”, without a guarantee of continuous availability.
During Beta, interruptions, temporary data loss, or changes to features may occur. OncoDots cannot be held responsible for medical decisions made on the basis of information in the application.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the application evolves.
We will notify you through the application or by email if significant changes are made. Continuing to use the application after notification means that you accept the updated terms.
