Beta application
OncoDots is in Beta. Features may evolve, errors may occur, and material changes will be communicated as appropriate.
1. What OncoDots is
OncoDots is an information, organisation, and support application for people affected by cancer, their family members, and caregivers.
- In its current form, OncoDots is offered for information, organisation, and support. If a feature is given a regulated medical purpose, that feature will be identified and handled separately under the applicable requirements.
- OncoDots does not establish a diagnosis or select or prescribe treatment instead of the healthcare team.
- The application's information and tools can support preparation and organisation, but medical decisions should be made with professionals who know your individual case.
2. Who may use the application
OncoDots is intended for adults aged 18 or older.
- People diagnosed with cancer
- Their family members and caregivers
- People seeking information and organising the care journey of someone close to them
3. Your account and responsibilities
By creating an account, you agree to use the application lawfully and protect access to your account.
- Try to keep information that you rely on in the application accurate.
- Do not share your login details with other people.
- Tell us if you notice unauthorised use of your account.
- Do not use the application to violate another person's rights or applicable law.
4. Content and intellectual property
The application's content, design, brand, and code are protected by applicable rights.
Do not systematically reproduce or redistribute protected application content or elements outside what the law permits or without the required permission. Your rights in relation to personal data are governed by applicable data-protection law and the Privacy Policy.
5. Availability and liability
The Beta version may have interruptions, errors, or changes to functionality.
We make reasonable efforts to operate the service accurately and reliably, but continuous availability cannot be guaranteed. OncoDots should not be used as a substitute for professional medical assessment or emergency services. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by law.
