Ingredients

For 2 servings

  • Fresh ginger root2-3 cm
  • Water500 ml
  • Lemon (juice)half
  • Honey (optional)1 tsp

Preparation steps

  1. 1.Wash the ginger and slice it thinly (you don't necessarily need to peel it).
  2. 2.Put it in cold water, bring to a boil, and simmer for 8-10 minutes over low heat.
  3. 3.Strain and let it cool for 2-3 minutes.
  4. 4.Add lemon juice and honey once the temperature is comfortable.
