For 2 servings
- Mixed vegetables (carrot, celery, zucchini)300 g
- Medium potato1 pc
- Milk or light cream200 ml
- Greek yogurt2 tbsp
- Salt, dillto taste
- Olive oil1 tbsp
Preparation steps
- 1.Boil the vegetables in salted water until very tender.
- 2.Blend with a hand blender until perfectly smooth.
- 3.Add milk or cream and olive oil.
- 4.Serve warm, with Greek yogurt on top.
