Ingredients

For 2 servings

  • Mixed vegetables (carrot, celery, zucchini)300 g
  • Medium potato1 pc
  • Milk or light cream200 ml
  • Greek yogurt2 tbsp
  • Salt, dillto taste
  • Olive oil1 tbsp

Preparation steps

  1. 1.Boil the vegetables in salted water until very tender.
  2. 2.Blend with a hand blender until perfectly smooth.
  3. 3.Add milk or cream and olive oil.
  4. 4.Serve warm, with Greek yogurt on top.
