  • Red lentils150 g
  • Carrot1 pc
  • Onion1 pc
  • Peeled tomatoes (canned)200 g
  • Vegetable stock700 ml
  • Olive oil, salt, cuminto taste

Preparation steps

  1. 1.Sweat the onion and carrot in oil for 3 minutes.
  2. 2.Add the rinsed lentils, the tomatoes, and the stock.
  3. 3.Simmer for 25 minutes until the lentils are completely soft.
  4. 4.Blend partially or completely.
