  • Fine oat flakes50 g
  • Milk or yogurt150 ml
  • Honey1 tsp
  • Soft fruit (banana, blueberries)to taste

Preparation steps

  1. 1.Mix the oats with the milk and honey in a jar or bowl.
  2. 2.Cover and leave in the fridge overnight (at least 6 hours).
  3. 3.In the morning add the fruit and serve.
