  • Rice100 g
  • Green or brown lentils100 g
  • Onion1 pc
  • Olive oil1 tbsp
  • Salt, cuminto taste

Preparation steps

  1. 1.Boil the lentils for 20 minutes, adding the rice for the last 15 minutes.
  2. 2.Saute the onion in oil until golden.
