Ingredients

For 2 servings

  • Cooked chickpeas (canned)200 g
  • Tahini (sesame paste)2 tbsp
  • Lemon (juice)½ pc
  • Olive oil1 tbsp
  • Small garlic clove1 clove
  • Saltto taste
  • Soft-cooked carrot or cucumberfor serving

Preparation steps

  1. 1.Blend the chickpeas with the tahini, lemon, garlic and oil.
  2. 2.Add 2-3 tbsp of water for a creamy texture.
  3. 3.Serve with soft vegetables.
