Ingredients

For 2 servings

  • Cod fillet200 g
  • Potatoes300 g
  • Milk50 ml
  • Butter20 g
  • Salt, lemonto taste

Preparation steps

  1. 1.Boil the potatoes until very soft, then mash with the milk and butter.
  2. 2.Boil the cod in salted water for 10-12 minutes, or bake at 180°C.
  3. 3.Serve together, garnished with a squeeze of lemon.
