Ingredients

For 1 serving

  • Chia seeds3 tbsp
  • Milk (whole or plant-based)200 ml
  • Honey or maple syrup1 tsp
  • Vanilla extract½ tsp

Preparation steps

  1. 1.Mix the chia seeds with the milk, honey and vanilla.
  2. 2.Leave in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  3. 3.Stir and serve with fruit if desired.
