Ingredients

For 1 serving

  • Ripe banana1 pc
  • Fine oats (instant)3 tbsp
  • Whole milk200 ml
  • Honey1 tbsp
  • Vanilla extract1 tsp

Preparation steps

  1. 1.Scald the oats with hot milk and let them sit for 2 minutes.
  2. 2.Add the banana, honey, and vanilla.
  3. 3.Blend until smooth.
  4. 4.Serve right away or keep in the fridge for max. 4 hours.

Helpful tip

You can add a tablespoon of peanut butter for extra protein.
