Ingredients
For 1 serving
- Ripe banana1 pc
- Fine oats (instant)3 tbsp
- Whole milk200 ml
- Honey1 tbsp
- Vanilla extract1 tsp
Preparation steps
- 1.Scald the oats with hot milk and let them sit for 2 minutes.
- 2.Add the banana, honey, and vanilla.
- 3.Blend until smooth.
- 4.Serve right away or keep in the fridge for max. 4 hours.
Helpful tip
You can add a tablespoon of peanut butter for extra protein.
