Ingredients

For 10 servings

  • Medjool dates (pitted)200 g
  • Almonds or cashews100 g
  • Cocoa powder1 tbsp
  • Shredded coconut (optional)2 tbsp

Preparation steps

  1. 1.Process the almonds in a food processor for a few seconds.
  2. 2.Add the dates and cocoa, and blend until you get a sticky mass.
  3. 3.Form bites the size of a walnut.
  4. 4.Optionally roll them in shredded coconut and keep them in the fridge.
