Ingredients
For 10 servings
- Medjool dates (pitted)200 g
- Almonds or cashews100 g
- Cocoa powder1 tbsp
- Shredded coconut (optional)2 tbsp
Preparation steps
- 1.Process the almonds in a food processor for a few seconds.
- 2.Add the dates and cocoa, and blend until you get a sticky mass.
- 3.Form bites the size of a walnut.
- 4.Optionally roll them in shredded coconut and keep them in the fridge.
