  • Whole milk200 ml
  • Egg1 pc
  • Cocoa powder1 tbsp
  • Sugar or honey1 tbsp
  • Vanilla essence1 tsp
  • Salta pinch

Preparation steps

  1. 1.Whisk all the ingredients together with a whisk.
  2. 2.Put it in a saucepan over low heat and stir constantly for 5-8 minutes until it thickens.
  3. 3.Pour it into a bowl, let it cool to room temperature, then chill in the fridge.
