Account and data deletion

1. Write to the contact address below, preferably from the email address associated with your OncoDots account.
2. Use the subject «Delete OncoDots account» and state that you request deletion of your account and associated data. If you used Facebook or Google to sign in, mention this.
3. If you no longer have access to the account email address, explain this in your request. We will tell you the steps needed to verify your request. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or medical documents.

We verify that the request is yours before deleting anything. Your request can cover authentication and profile data, including information received through Facebook or Google, and data associated with your OncoDots account. We communicate the outcome and, if any data must be kept for legal reasons, what is retained and why. Sending the email does not automatically delete your account. We respond within the period described in the privacy policy, normally no more than one month.

In Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites. Select OncoDots and the option to remove the app. This revokes the Facebook connection; to delete data held by OncoDots, also send the request described above.

A request to OncoDots concerns your OncoDots account and data. It does not delete your Facebook or Google account.
