Screen dictionary

What each page means, who uses it, and what decision is made there.

The simple rule

Every screen should have a clear purpose: what I check here, who is in control, and what is not decided on this screen.

Everyday screens

Patient + caregiver

Today

Open
What it is
The morning or quick check-in page. It shows what matters today and what is worth doing first.
Main action
I pick one small step: confirm a dose, note a symptom, or check whether something important is missing.
What it is not
It is not the place to change treatment or make hard medical decisions.

Patient

Medication

Open
What it is
The page for day-to-day medicines: what to take, when, and what has already been ticked off.
Main action
I tick off a dose, check the time, or note a question for the doctor.
What it is not
It does not replace the doctor's prescription and does not change the schedule without medical confirmation.

Patient

Symptoms

Open
What it is
The page where the patient notes how they feel: pain, nausea, fatigue, or other important changes.
Main action
I note the symptom and see whether it just needs watching or whether it is better to ask for help.
What it is not
It does not make a diagnosis and does not replace contacting the doctor in an emergency.

Support circle

Patient

Support circle — the patient's view

Open
What it is
The page where the patient adds their trusted people: family, close friends, or the person who helps them day to day.
Main action
I invite someone and choose, in plain terms, what they are allowed to see or help with.
What it is not
It is not a referral to a doctor and it does not give anyone automatic access. The patient stays the one who decides.

Caregiver

Support circle — the caregiver's view

Open
What it is
The caregiver's page shows what they can concretely help with, without overriding the patient's decisions.
Main action
I confirm that I helped, check whether there is a problem, or see who else is involved.
What it is not
It is not the place where the caregiver changes access on their own or sees things the patient has not shared.

Patient + caregiver

Help today

Open
What it is
A short list of things to do today: who calls, who checks in, who helps with something practical.
Main action
I tick off that I did something, or clarify who is taking care of it.
What it is not
It is not for changing account access. It is only for organizing today's help.

Patient

People & access

Open
What it is
The list of people who have been given access. Here the patient clearly sees who is connected and who is still waiting on their invitation.
Main action
I add someone, check whether the invitation was accepted, or stop access when it is no longer needed.
What it is not
It is not for doctors or professional services in Beta. It is for the personal support circle.

Patient

Add a caregiver / close person

Open
What it is
A short path for inviting someone. First I choose the person and what they can help with, then I send the invitation.
Main action
I fill in the invitation only after I understand what information will be shared.
What it is not
It is not a cold, administrative form. Its purpose is to keep the patient from sending access by mistake.

Medical team

Clinic

Open
What it is
The area for your relationship with the doctor or clinic, kept separate from family help.
Main action
I prepare useful information for an appointment or a medical discussion.
What it is not
It is not the same as family or caregivers. Medical access must be handled separately.

Public

Useful information

Open
What it is
The place with plain-language explanations: medical terms, guides, rights, nutrition, emotions, and support for family.
Main action
I look for a short explanation or a guide I can read without complicated language.
What it is not
It does not replace individual medical advice.
