Wave Breathing

When everything comes at you at once, you do not have to stop the wave. You let it pass. The in-breath gathers air, the long out-breath releases the pressure, little by little.

Frame Breathing

When your mind jumps from one thought to another, the frame gives you edges. Four equal steps: breathe in, hold, breathe out, pause. You do not force it. You simply come back to the frame.
